How To Save Money When Shopping For Meat

Hello and happy Monday! I hope you had a great July 4th weekend I know my family did {you can see some of our pics and my July 4th centerpieces here} Today is Monday so it’s time for ways to save money here on the blog. Saving money is something I am big on. I am a shopper however I am a saver as well {That’s why my hubby doesn’t get upset by my shopping}. When I enter a store I shop the clearance and sales all the time. So today on the Money Monday post I am bringing you ways to save money when shopping for meat.

I do like coupons even though I will never be on an episode of Extreme Couponing lol. I am always looking for ways to bring our grocery bill down. I mean let’s face it, who wants to spend so much in the grocery store, I personally would rather spend less there so I have more to spend on decorating my home or taking a trip!

Some great tips to stretching those grocery dollars when it comes to meat is using your meat as an add on like in a salad instead of making it the main focus of the meal. Or shop the freezer case for seafood. In an article from All You Magazine find out more ways to uncover markdowns more often and stretch your servings of beef, pork, chicken and fish across several meals. Check it out here
